About Prenax.

OUR VISION

To be recognized as the world’s most trusted partner for the management of subscription-based resources

OUR MISSION

Prenax provides an outsourced procurement and management service for subscription-based resources to companies and institutions globally, supported by premium, dedicated customer service and a user-friendly platform.

ORIGIN

Prenax was started in Sweden in 1993 by two former IBM employees with a passion to create a subscription management system that could support the complex needs of corporate and service-orientated industries. Healthy expansion followed and the UK, French, US and APAC offices were set up in the developing years. Prenax made a series of acquisitions globally and grew organically at the same time. The organisation has built up experience and knowledge over the past 27 years, establishing Prenax as the number one global corporate supplier of subscriptions, memberships, books, reports, databases and large licences. More recently, in November 2020, Prenax acquired LM Information, making it the world’s largest European-owned subscriptions agent.

Prenax remains a privately-owned organisation. It supports a diverse customer base ranging from law firms, banks and accountancy practices to pharmaceutical, academic, public organisations and government institutions.

Sustainability.

Sustainability is a key pillar of Prenax and, as such, we take our ESG responsibilities as a business very seriously. This means environmental, labour and human rights, ethics as well as sustainable procurement.

As a result, we are proud of our EcoVadis accreditation which is testament of the hard work invested by the Prenax team in this area.

We have achieved their Silver award four years in a row, which demonstrates our progress toward sustainability.
This places us as in the top 15% of all +130,000 companies rated by EcoVadis. Our overall score places us at the 88th percentile. The percentile rank is calculated across all companies in all industries, not per industry.
